FAQs

What inspired you to start this blog?

I started this blog to create the space I wish I had in my early twenties; one that speaks honestly about womanhood, heartbreak, healing, ambition, and faith. It’s a digital journal for women navigating the mess and the magic of growing up, learning to let go, and becoming who God called them to be.

Who is this blog for?

This blog is for women in their 20s (and beyond) who feel a little lost, deeply reflective, wildly ambitious, or quietly heartbroken. Whether you’re chasing a corporate career, grieving a love that didn’t last, or seeking God in the silence, there’s a seat here for you.

Are your posts based on personal experiences?

Yes, the blog is rooted in real stories, either from my own life or from the lives of women I’ve been trusted to write for. Every post aims to be honest, dignified, and encouraging. Names and details are sometimes changed for privacy, but the heart of the story is always real.

How often do you post new content?

I typically post biweekly, sometimes weekly if inspiration strikes or a topic feels urgent. Life is unpredictable (as are emotions), so I write when I have something worth saying, not just something to post.

Can I share your blog posts or contribute my own story?

Absolutely! Feel free to share any post with proper credit and a link back to www.calliopeorford.com. If you have a story that fits a theme like heartbreak, faith, friendship, or growth, you can pitch it via the contact form. I love honoring women’s voices.
